Favorite Barbecue Chicken

4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 bottle (16 ounces) barbecue sauce

Put chicken in greased 3 ½ to 5-quart slow cooker.

It should go "plop!" If it goes "thunk" or "thud," you'll need to sue the grocery store. Also "cluck."

Pour favorite barbecue sauce over the top.

Grad students, make the usual substitution of "cheap" for "favorite."

Cook on high heat 4-6 hours or on low heat 8-10 hours. Makes 4-6 servings.

Walk away for four hours.

And then come back! Very stringent cooking demands.

Leftovers can be shredded for sandwiches.

I'm just eating it, here, but shredding it would probably look pretty similar.

My Rating: 3/5 "It's hard to go wrong when barbecue sauce is involved. Be sure to spoon a lot of it over the chicken so that it can get sopped up into all of the meat."
