Chinese Veggie Noodles



1 package Oriental ramen noodles, with seasoning packet
1 cup frozen stir-fry vegetables
1 ½ teaspoons olive oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce

Cook noodles in water according to package directions and drain. 

Very appetizing, I know. But wait!


Add seasoning packet.

If you squint a little, it's starting to look like... food.


In a frying pan, sauté vegetables in olive oil until heated through and add to warm noodles. 

Peacicles!


Sprinkle soy sauce over top and stir together. 

I used leftover packets from takeout Chinese food. 


Season with salt and pepper. Makes 2 servings. 

And the servings look like... this!

My Rating: 3/5 "Be careful when they tell you to season it with salt, because between the seasoning packet and the soy sauce it's pretty much a salt lick already. Still, it's awesome to be able to make food that looks this good so cheaply and quickly!"
