The author of the cookbook didn't really elaborate about this except to say that the combination was recommended to him by a guy called Fonzie. (Which, of course, was all I needed to hear.) So here's some shots of me making a sandwich:

My Rating: 2/5 "One of the weirdest things I have ever eaten - and I really like new food combinations. I'd err on the side of more peanut butter than relish. I probably won't make it again, but at least I can say I've had it once!"
(NOTE: It's better on toast.)
