Salsa Soup



3 cups (26 oz.) corn-black bean mild salsa
6 cups beef broth
¼ cup white long grain rice, uncooked

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.

You put stuff in the slow cooker like this.


Cover. Cook on Low 4-6 hours, or until rice is tender.

And then it looks like this.

Then you put it in a bowl like this!
