3 cups
fresh strawberries
1 pint
heavy cream
½ cup
sugar
Use a paring knife to remove the stem and leaves from each
strawberry.
Put the strawberries into a colander and rinse them well
under cold water.
I halved the recipe to make a dish just for myself. |
Cut any large strawberries into bite-size pieces. Put the
strawberries into the serving bowl.
Pour cream into the cream pitcher. Put sugar in the sugar
bowl. That way your guests can put the amount of cream and sugar they prefer on
their strawberries.
I recommend lots. |
Well, maybe not so much "lots" on the sugar. But definitely on the cream! |
