Parmesan Bow Ties

2 cups uncooked bow tie pasta
¼ cup zesty Italian salad dressing
¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley

Cook pasta according to package directions.

Usually that involves boiling it in water. And sometimes (just sometimes) stirring.

Drain pasta and rinse in cold water. Transfer to a serving bowl. Add the remaining ingredients; toss to coat.

Incognito dried parsley.
BAM. Pasta.

My Rating: 3/5 "It's cheap, it's quick, and it's easy. I expected more "zest" from the salad dressing, but it's just kind of a quirky accent. Anyway, maybe it's not the most flavor-y flavor in the world, but you know? For all those other qualities I'll eat it anyway. The cookbook billed it as a side dish, so it might be a nice accent to something more ostentatious."
