Creamy Salted Caramel Spread


1 pkg. (8 ox.) cream cheese, softened
¼ cup packed dark brown sugar
¼ cup caramel ice cream topping
2 Tbsp. butter, softened
¼ tsp. vanilla
1 oz. Baker’s semi-sweet chocolate, melted
¼ tsp. sea salt

Mix first 5 ingredients until blended; spoon into shallow serving dish.

So. Much. Yum.


Drizzle with chocolate; sprinkle with salt.

I wasn't very delicate with the drizzling, but now I'm ready for the Fifth of November. 


Refrigerate 15 min. 

And it got all nice and swirly once it got mixed up. I served it with apples, because... caramel apples, man.

My Rating: 5/5 "Delicious. Delightful. Mellow sugary flavors with a great caramel overtone. Not too rich, but not too bland. Just... awesome."
