Easy Snicker Doodles

1 yellow cake mix
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
½ cup sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Preheat oven to 375F.

Mix sugar and cinnamon; set aside.

A classic combination.

In a bowl mix together cake mix, vanilla, oil, and eggs until dough is formed.

Off the record, it's also great raw. BUT TERRIBLE FOR YOU AND YOU SHOULDN'T EAT IT.

Shape cookie dough into 1-inch balls. Roll balls in sugar-cinnamon mixture.

"Ball" is a relative term with this dough, which is really sticky and hard to manipulate. I just formed blobs and shoved them around in the sugar-cinnamon until they seemed to be coated.

Pre-oven'd.

Bake 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from pan and cool.

Oven'd! (Look out - these babies expand!)

My Rating: 4/5 "These had more of a vanilla kick than a lot of snickerdoodle recipes, which I highly enjoyed. Thanks to the cake mix, they were extremely easy to make. I took (most of) them to a 4th of July party, and they were a hit!"
