Lasagna


2 packages ramen noodles, any flavor
2 cups spaghetti sauce
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1 cup Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cook noodles in water according to package directions and drain. Stir sauce into noodles.

This calls for way more pasta sauce than it really needs. Just sayin'.



In an 8x8-inch pan, layer half of the noodle mixture, ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses. Repeat layers. 

The challenge here is getting the ramen noodles to spread out over the entire pan. Good luck.


Bake 20 minutes. Makes 2-4 servings. 

Pretty attractive when it's done, eh?

My Rating: 4/5 "It actually does taste like lasagna, and ramen sure is cheaper than the alternative. You can tell it's ramen while you're eating it, of course, but in the long run this is just a nice little meal."
