Honey-Cheese-Glazed Cauliflower


Cooked cauliflower
1 tablespoon honey for each cup of cauliflower
American or Cheddar cheese, shredded


Put the cauliflower in a pie plate. Spread it out and fluff it up so the glaze can dribble between the flowers. Drizzle the honey over the cauliflower, then sprinkle a handful of shredded cheese over the top. 

I used a bag of frozen cauliflower, and it made a nice amount of this stuff.

This is about 1/2 cup cheese.

Bake in a preheated 400F oven for 10 to 15 minute, until the cheese is completely melted. 

Served up with some frozen shu mai and some great seasoned potatoes that Matt made.


My Rating: 3/5 "This is really unique. I've never had anything like it. Granted, it's just a side dish and in the end you're eating a whole lot of cauliflower, but this is sure an interesting way to do it!"
