Orange Garlic Roasted Potatoes


2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
½ teaspoon dried sage
¼ teaspoon ground pepper
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
3 medium red potatoes, cut into wedges


Firm, earthy, and satisfying to slice: red potatoes.


Preheat oven to 425F. mix the first 5 ingredients, add potatoes and toss. 

It's not a lot, but it's enough!


Transfer to a baking sheet. 

Don't be scared, little potatoes.


Bake until crisp and brown, turning once, about 40 minutes.

My Rating: 3/5 "These are nice potatoes. Friendly potatoes. They weren't as orange-y or garlicky as I expected, but there was a little citrus aftertaste there. Score for potatoes!"
