Spicy Chicken


3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
¾ teaspoon garlic powder
1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes with green chiles, drained
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
2 cups water
2 packages chicken ramen noodles, with seasoning packets


In a frying pan, brown chicken until done. Add garlic powder, tomatoes, peppers, water, and seasoning packets. Simmer 10 minutes. 

Simmer down now.

Add noodles and cook 3-5 minutes more. 

Wait for it...

BOOM.

Makes 2-4 servings.

One-dish meals win every time.

My Rating: 3/5 "Gotta love a tidy little skillet meal. The pepper does zazz things up nicely, and you can't beat the price on the carbs here. A fun way to soup up the ramen packet that's been lingering in your pantry."
