Mandarin Orange Smoothies


3 cups ice cubes
1 (15 ounce) can mandarin oranges, undrained
½ (12 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
½ cup milk


I had to literally hack one of the cardboard tubes of OJ concentrate in half with a serrated knife. (I turned the other half into a little pitcher of orange juice.)


Combine all ingredients in a blender. 

Such pretty ingredients!


Blend to desired consistency.


Divide among 6 glasses; serve.

If you want normal-sized glasses like this it's going to make three servings instead of six.

My Rating: 4/5 "Utterly delicious. It's not the healthiest smoothie, but I took some calories off the top by making it with coconut milk (which added some dimension to the flavor as well). This was gone really quickly."
