Waldorf Salad


2 medium unpared eating apples, coarsely chopped (about 2 cups)
2 medium stalks celery, chopped (about 1 cup)
½ cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/3 cup coarsely chopped nuts


Pictured: Apples sitting in lemon juice so they won't go brown.

Toss all ingredients. 

I used almonds, as you can see. I like almonds.

Serve on salad greens if desired. 

Served as a nice tart accent to some of Matt's teriyaki wings.

My Rating: 4/5 "Waldorf salads are just good. If you've had one before you know what I'm talking about. If you haven't had one before you should try making this, because it's extremely quick and easy but the payoff is delicious."
