Hot Salsa Spinach Dip

1 (10 ounce) box frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (4 ounce) can diced jalapeno peppers, drained
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup hot thick ‘n’ chunky salsa
1 cup half & half
½ cup chopped green onions
Tortilla chips

In large bowl, combine all ingredients except tortilla chips. Using an electric mixer on medium speed, beat until well combined.

Pre-mixed ingredients, ready to become delicious.

Transfer to a greased 1 ½-quart baking dish.

Make sure you get it really really mixed up. A bite of nothing but green onion would be awful.

Bake in a preheated 400F oven 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.

Beautiful!

Serve with tortilla chips.

My Rating: 4/5 "I took this to a potluck and it was really a crowd-pleaser. The salsa adds just enough of a kick to make it interesting, but overall it's just nice cheesy spinach dip!"
