Chicken and Corn Pizza

1 (12-inch) prepared, pre-baked pizza crust
1 cup chunky salsa
1 can (15-1/4 oz.) whole kernel sweet corn, drained
6 oz. (about 1-1/4 cups) cooked chicken strips
¼ cup sliced pitted ripe olives
1-1/2 cups (6 oz.) shredded taco cheese or Monterey Jack cheese

Preheat oven to 450F. Place pizza crust on baking sheet or 12-inch pizza pan. Spread salsa over crust. Top with corn, chicken, olives and cheese.

This feels so weird.

This looks so weird.

Bake 10 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.

This is so WEIRD.

My Rating: 3/5 "This is just a clunky combination of things that are, in other circumstances, delicious. There's spicy salsa, sweet corn, meaty chicken, salty olives, and tons of cheese. You may react differently, but it took me a while to get used to it, and even after I did I wasn't really enraptured with it. That said, if you're feeling like something off-kilter, totally give this a shot."
