Veggie Pizza


1 (13.8 ounce) package refrigerated pizza crust dough
½ cup pizza sauce
1 cup fresh spinach leaves
1 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
1 medium tomato, seeded and diced
½ cup sliced black olives
1 (8 ounce) package shredded pizza blend cheese

Prepare pizza dough according to package directions using a 15x10-inch baking sheet. Spread with pizza sauce.

My pizza sauce was a can of weak tomato sauce, but whatevs.


Top with spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes and black olives. 

A nice Marmorstein tomato to add tartness to the flavor.


Sprinkle with cheese.

I think "dump" might be a better verb when you're dealing with this much cheese.



Bake in a preheated 400F oven 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden brown or desired doneness is reached. 

Golden and gooey!

My Rating: 3/5 "It's one of those really thick pizzas. We ate it with a fork because the toppings kept spilling off. But they were good together, and we had a pleasant dinner eating this."
