Meatloaf Recipe


2/3 cup plain bread crumbs, soaked in
1 cup milk
1 ½ lbs. ground beef
2 eggs, slightly beaten
¼ cup chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
½ tsp. sage
GLAZE:
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
¼ cup ketchup


Preheat oven to 350F. Combine meatloaf ingredients and press into loaf pan. 

Ready?

Combine glaze ingredients and spread over meatloaf. Bake for 45 minutes or until no longer pink in center.

I used curry ketchup for the glaze, which added dimension to the flavor.
