Banana Shake


2 large ripe bananas
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons sugar
½ cup milk powder
Generous pinch of kosher salt
8 scoops vanilla ice cream

Blend the bananas, milk, sugar, milk powder, and salt until nice and smooth. Add the ice cream and blend until it is just incorporated.

My Rating: 4/5 "All the flavors blend impeccably. It's heavy on the banana, so if that's not your favorite fruit you might not enjoy this, but my husband loves bananas and he was acting like this was the best thing he's had in his entire life. It's certainly a nice homey comfort food."
