Frosted Flake Strawberry Smoothies



1 cup Frosted Flakes cereal
½ cup skim milk
1 (6 ounce) container low fat strawberry yogurt
½ cup frozen strawberries
½ cup frozen blueberries
½ cup banana slices
1 teaspoon honey

In small bowl, combine cereal and milk; soak 3-5 minutes or until soggy.

You will wonder vaguely why you aren't just eating the Frosted Flakes.


Transfer soggy cereal and milk to a blender; add remaining ingredients. 

Nice layering!


Cover; blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth, scrape sides as needed.

Divide between two glasses; serve immediately.

See? It comes out looking like a smoothie after all.
