Muscle Makin' Milkshake



1 cup 1% milk
1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup frozen fruit (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, and/or peach slices)
2 cups ice cubes

In a blender, combine milk, yogurt, honey, and vanilla. Blend on low until combined.

Gradually add frozen fruit, blending on high. Add ice cubes, one at a time, until blended.

I was not that patient.

I made peach ones and they were nice and smooth.


My Rating: 4/5 "Yogurt in a milkshake takes some getting used to, but this is still quite pleasant. Really drinking this just leaves me with philosophical questions about the difference between a smoothie and a milkshake. Where do we draw the line?!"
