Canadian Bacon Quiche

1 ready-to-use refrigerated pie crust (1/2 of 15-oz. pkg.)
1-1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese, divided
3 oz. Canadian bacon, chopped
4 eggs
¾ cup milk
2 green onions, sliced
1 Roma tomato, thinly sliced

Heat the oven to 400F.

Prepare crust as directed on package for unfilled 1-crust pie, using 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle ¾ cup cheese onto bottom of crust; top with bacon.

I got Hormel bacon and had the Hormel Pepperoni commercial stuck in my head the entire time I was cooking.

Beat eggs and milk with whisk until blended; pour into crust. Top with onions, remaining cheese and tomatoes.

Swiss cheese everything forever.

Bake 15 min. Reduce heat to 350F; bake 25 to 30 min. or until center is set and top is slightly browned.

Quiche is always so pretty!

Let stand 10 min. before cutting to serve.

Mine didn't come out very firm in the middle, but that's ok. It was still tasty.

My Rating: 4/5 "Quiche is good. I think that's just a life rule. In this case it's made extra-good with the use of tasty Canadian bacon. Get a good pie crust and you'll be a happy camper!"
