Tortilla Chicken Fingers



1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast tenderloins
½ cup ranch dressing
2 cups finely crushed tortilla chips
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ teaspoon ground black pepper

Place chicken and dressing in a 1-gallon recloseable food storage bag; seal. Toss to coat chicken.
In a shallow dish, combine remaining ingredients. 

Ranched chicken!


Remove chicken tenders from dressing and coat with tortilla chips.

This is the coating mixture. It's weird, but it's gonna be so good!


Place on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Spray top of chicken with additional cooking spray.

Bake in a preheated 425F oven 6-7 minutes. Turn chicken over and continue baking 6-7 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 170F.

Baked and served with apples from our friends' yard!



My Rating: 4/5 "I've never had anything quite like these. There's something Dorito-y about the overall flavor, except there's also cheese which makes things even tastier. Plus the coating makes for a satisfying crunch!
