Quick Seafood Bisque



1 can asparagus soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 can crab meat
1 can baby clams
1 can shrimp
¾ stick oleo
¾ qt. whole milk
½ c. sherry wine

Mix all ingredients on low. 

Feeling mature because I'm using cooking sherry.


Stir constantly while cooking as it is easy to scorch. Serve Bisque immediately. If any is left, it can be frozen and served later.

"Quick Bisque" just has a nice ring to it, eh?

My Rating: 4/5 "This is surprisingly good for all it's made with a bunch of canned goods! There's a nice variety of seafood in here, and the sherry adds a fun punch to the dairy products. Soothing and happy overall."
