Veggie Pizza

1 (13.8 ounce) package refrigerated pizza crust dough
½ cup pizza sauce
1 cup fresh spinach leaves
1 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
1 medium tomato, seeded and diced
1 cup sliced black olives
1 (8 ounce) package pizza blend shredded cheese

Prepare pizza dough according to package directions using a 15x10-inch baking sheet. Spread with pizza sauce.

Top with spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes and black olives.

There's something comforting about generic pizza toppings.

Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake in a preheated 400F oven 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden brown or desired doneness is reached.

Boom! It ain't the prettiest, but it's everything you need.

Served gooey and warm on a nice thick crust!

My Rating: 4/5 "This went down well. It's a great blend of toppings and the refrigerated crust - at least the Pillsbury one I bought - was surprisingly tasty. I wish it didn't have red sauce, but the nice thing about this is that you really don't taste the sauce very much and you get a lot of nice fresh veggie flavor instead. I should note that my husband, who considers himself a pizza snob, loved this so much he ate all of the leftovers in one sitting. Good stuff!"
