Drunk Biscuits



3 ½ C. biscuit mix
¼ tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 ½ C. beer

Don't blow a fancy beer on this - just use one of the standards you keep on hand in the fridge.


Combine all ingredients and spoon into 12 greased muffin cups. 

It's so fluffy!


Bake at 400F for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden.

It rises like a champ.

My Rating: 4/5 "For all this recipe uses four ingredients and takes like two seconds to make, it's great. It's... I dunno, it's like you're eating solid beer, but doing it in the warmest, fluffiest, happiest way possible. It's a little dry, so I'd eat it with some jam or butter (maybe a beer jelly?), but it really is delicious bready goodness."
