Quick & Easy Pecan Caramel Rolls

1 pkg. (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza crust
5 Tbsp. very soft butter, divided
¾ cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
2 tsp. water
½ cup chopped pecans

Press or roll pizza crust to 12 x 8-inch rectangle. Brush with 2 Tbsp. butter and sprinkle with ¼ cup brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll dough starting from long side into long tube.

Look at all that sugary goodness. That's SO MUCH sugary goodness!

Cut into 9 spirals.

Combine remaining 3 Tbsp. butter and ½ cup brown sugar with corn syrup and water.

THIS is the STUFF, man.

Spread into lightly greased 8 or 9-inch baking pan. Sprinkle with pecans.

Place rolls cut-side down in prepared pan.

This seems counterintuitive, but hold on. It'll make sense.

Bake in a 375F oven 20 to 22 min. or until browned. Cool 1 min., then loosen and turn onto a serving plate. Serve warm.

See? You just flip everything upside down and boom! It's glazed!

My Rating: 5/5 "So gooey and delicious and the bread is great (especially considering that it's pizza crust) and yummmmm... And they're really not kidding when they say it's easy, either. Enjoy and be happy!"
