Cream Cheese Jalapeno Dip



1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (4.5-oz.) can chopped green chilies
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded pepper jack cheese
Jalapeno peppers or green onions, sliced
Tortilla chips

Beast first three ingredients in medium bowl until creamy. 

Yummmm chilies!

It all blends together pretty seamlessly.



Spread in microwave-safe pie plate.

Microwave on HIGH for 3 to 4 minutes until edges are bubbly and center is hot.

Pow!


Garnish with jalapeno peppers or green onions. Serve with tortilla chips.



My Rating: 5/5 "This stuff is ADDICTIVE. I couldn't get enough of it. There's just the right balance of spicy and soothing creaminess in here. It was great with chips, and I spread the leftovers on corn tortillas and rolled them up - that was also delicious!"
