Coconut Fruit Smoothies

A Taste of Thai

½ - 13.5 oz can coconut milk (3/4 C & 2 tablespoons)

¾ cup orange juice

1 cup ice cubes

½ cup fruit of choice (i.e. bananas, berries, mango, peaches)

Sugar or honey to taste or 1/3 cup protein powder

Add coconut milk, orange juice, ice, fruit, sweetener or protein powder to blender.

I went with banana for the fruit. It was a solid choice.

Blend until smooth and serve.

And yes, we're still using our five million Bulldog glasses from when we lived in Baton Rouge.

Makes 2 large smoothies.
