Italian Reggiano Parmesan Dressing

Dole

½ cup olive oil

1/3 cup balsamic vinegar

¼ cup grated Reggiano Parmesan cheese

2 Tbsp. chopped green onion

1 Tbsp. lemon juice

2 garlic cloves, minced

2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp. sugar

1 tsp. chopped fresh oregano

Combine all ingredients in blender container. 

Lots of good stuff in here.


Cover; blend until smooth. 

It looks like coffee in the end.


Toss with romaine to coat, as desired. Refrigerate any remaining dressing.

A nice cheesy salad.

My Rating: 3/5 "The dressing is tangy and interesting. It's not, however, as complex as I had hoped with all of these nice ingredients. It also gets kind of thick in the refrigerator, so it doesn't make the best leftovers. But all in all it's pleasant, particularly if you like balsamic things."
