Fruity Frappe

Dr. Gott’s No Flour, No Sugar Cookbook, p. 247

15 ice cubes

1 cup evaporated skim milk

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1 medium banana

1 cup still-frozen unsweetened mixed berries

In blender or food processor, crush ice. 

Slushie ice!


Add other ingredients and blend until fairly smooth. 

Berries are happiness.


Pour into 2 tall glasses and serve.

Berries all around!

My Rating: 4/5 "I don't know if it's a fruity milkshake or a milky smoothie, but either way it's thick and refreshing. It could be more complex, I suppose, but it's all you need."
