Mango Lassi

Café Spice Namaste, p. 135

5 fl oz yogurt

¼ glass canned mango pulp (or 1 fresh mango, peeled, pitted and chopped)

4 ice cubes

Some sugar if necessary

Fresh mango is an easy and delicious choice for this.


And super easy to cut!


Place everything in a blender and give it a good whirl. Pour out into a tall glass and enjoy.

Perfect.


Other fruit such as strawberries, raspberries or papaya can be used.


My Rating: 5/5 "So simple and yet so excellent. You really don't need the sugar. It's sweet and refreshing enough without. Just blend up those first three ingredients and enjoy!"
