Mango Smoothies

2 mangoes, peeled, pitted, and cut into 1-inch (2.5-cm) dice

1 cup (8 oz/25g) plain yogurt

½ cup (4 fl oz/125 ml) milk

1 banana, coarsely chopped

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon vanilla extract (essence)

Place the mangoes in a plastic bag and freeze until firm, at least 1 hour.

Just before serving, in a blender, combine the frozen mango, yogurt, milk, banana, lemon juice, and vanilla. 

The mangoes get really frozen really fast.


Blend until very smooth. Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.

So smooth!
