Festive Orange Cranberry Glaze

Ocean Spray

2 teaspoons cornstarch

¼ teaspoon cinnamon

1/8 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon grated orange peel

2 tablespoons orange juice

2 tablespoons dry red or white wine

1 14-ounce can jellied or whole berry cranberry sauce

Combine cornstarch, cinnamon, salt and orange peel in small saucepan. Stir in orange juice, wine and cranberry sauce. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened.

Cranberry saaaaauce!

Use ½ cup of this glaze over chicken or pork before cooking.

Save the remaining sauce to serve with the dish and for dipping.

I didn't have any leftover for dipping because I put this on copious amounts of wings and drumsticks. It was worth it.

With the un-squeezed part of the orange on the side!

My Rating: 4/5 "It's Cranberry Stuff season and I'm happy to make the most of it. This is a great glaze - light enough that the flavor of the meat shines through but still happily sweet and tart.
