Mango Pico de Gallo Salsa

Que Pasa

1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped

¼ cup finely chopped red onion

2 jalapenos, seeded and diced

½ cup red pepper, chopped

2 tbsp lime juice

¼ cup chopped cilantro

½ tsp salt

Hot sauce (optional)

Toss mango with red pepper, red onion, cilantro, jalapenos, lime juice and salt.

You want a salsa with a lot of different colors, you know?


Add hot sauce to taste (if using). Chill for 30 minutes before serving.

I didn't use hot sauce because the jalapenos at Ken's were chonky ones. Lots of pizzazz in here anyway.

My Rating: 4/5 "Zesty and fun! It's a nice combination of spicy and tart. If you're worried about the heat get a nice big mango to offset it. But it's not as hot as you're thinking - just something nice to top off your favorite chips."
