Inside-Out Cheeseburger

Kraft

1 lb. lean ground beef

4 American cheese singles, cut into quarters

1 small red onion, sliced

4 hamburger buns, toasted

1 plum tomato, thinly sliced

4 lettuce leaves

Heat grill to medium-high heat.

Shape meat into 8 (1/4-inch thick) patties.

Flatten them ishes out!

Top each of 4 patties with 4 singles pieces; cover with remaining patties.

You can amuse yourself with cheese arranging.

Pinch edges together to seal.

Grill burgers and onions 6 to 7 minutes on each side or until burgers are done (160F) and onions are tender.

It's George Foreman season!

Fill buns with burgers, onions, and remaining ingredients.

And serve with Doritos, if you're classy.

My Rating: 4/5 "I always assumed that these sorts of things were difficult to make, but they were super quick and easy. It's great meaty cheesiness. I wasn't sold on the red onion, but the tomato and lettuce was a nice topping."
