Chocolate Mint Tea

Favorite Recipes from the Old Rittenhouse Inn, p. 185

2 cups brewed mint tea

2 cups hot chocolate made with milk

½ teaspoon crème de menthe liqueur

GARNISH:

Whipped cream

Fresh mint sprigs

Blend mint tea and hot chocolate in a saucepan. Heat through.

Remove from heat. Add crème de menthe

Serve with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprig of fresh mint.

I like my dollops large.
