1 (10 oz.) package riced cauliflower and
sweet potato
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. brown sugar
Pinch cinnamon
Pinch salt
Cook riced veggies according to package directions.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
They didn't have the blend with the sweet potato in it at Kessler's, but straight rice cauliflower worked ok. |
Served with Parmesan couscous, because dinner should be confusing. |
