You will not notice these vegetables again. |
Add the yummy queso, evaporated milk, and whole milk.
Cook and stir, stir, stir until completely combined.
Mix in the cheddar, Dijon mustard, and garlic &
herb spread. (Ooooh, this is getting good.)
Reduce heat to low and stir in crab meat until just
mixed.

Due to the stupid cost of groceries and the fact that I live in a landlocked state I opted to use Krab for this. See below - it wasn't a horrible move. |
Remove from heat and transfer to serving dish.
Top with a sprinkle of Chesapeake Bay seasoning,
parsley, and a squeeze of lemon juice.
Serve immediately with bite size rounds. Enjoy your
delicious dip!

Served as directed, although I wish I had used a different (less salty) chip. |
My Rating: 3/5 "It's not that this is bad, it's just that it doesn't live up to its promise. It didn't matter that I used Krab instead of blue crab because you can't taste the seafood at all in the middle of all the cheeses and seasonings. You might as well save money and leave it out. But then what are you left with? Salty savory cheese, which is nice at first but has diminishing returns after a few bits. I was hype for this and I got sad when it wasn't great."
