Roast Beef Sandwiches

Winnie-the-Pooh’s Picnic Cookbook, p, 13

6 kaiser rolls

Horseradish sauce or honey-mustard sauce

1 pound sliced roast beef

2 sliced tomatoes

Toe-may-toes

To assemble sandwiches, cut each roll and spread with horseradish or honey-mustard sauce. Arrange roast beef slices on bottom half of roll. Place 2 tomato slices on roast beef. Cover with top of kaiser roll.

And some kettle chips to round out the meal!

My Rating: 4/5 "This was really tasty. We went the horseradish route and had no regrets. I might have enjoyed it more on a less dry form of bread, though. But altogether it was a great little meal!"
