1 lb asparagus
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Garlic
Lemon juice
Parmesan
Preheat your oven to 400F. Lightly oil a baking sheet
or coat with nonstick spray.
Place 1lb asparagus into a single layer on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, and salt and pepper, to taste; then gently toss.
Ready to roast! |
Put into oven and roast for 8-10 minutes, until tender.
Serve tossed with garlic, lemon juice and Parmesan.
The lack of specificity in the ingredient list means you can add LOTS of garlic. (If you want to. But why wouldn't you want to?) |
Served with some nice salmon that my father-in-law grilled, and also a grilled pickle, which for the record is a tasty treat. |
