Chilled Apple Tea

Female Cookbook Volume 22, p. 51

1 pot of freshly-brewed strong tea (you may use English Breakfast)
250 ml [about 1 cup] freshly squeezed green apple juice
Pinch of cinnamon
Sugar to taste

I dunno about all this "English Breakfast" nonsense, but I got 80 of these for a dollar at CVS.

Um... I don't own a teapot. But if you boil five cups of water....

...and add five teabags, you get about the same thing.

Sweeten the tea and leave it to cool. Pour the tea into a blender. Add the apple juice and cinnamon.

Ugly Americans who live in food deserts can't get apples just whenever they want to - but they can get apple juice in a bottle at the drug store!

Blend until well mixed.

Or, if you're a Lazy American and don't feel like setting up the blender, I'm pretty sure that stirring it works just as well.
Chill and serve. You may wish to serve it in a jug together with ice cubes and apple slices.

My Rating: 3/5 "Refreshing! For people who like this kind of thing, this is the kind of thing they would like."
