Ham & Egg Wrap


Albertsons It’s a Spring Thing, p. 22

1 whole egg
3 egg whites
6 slices shaved smoked ham, chopped
2 whole wheat tortillas (8 inch)
¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese

WHACK. 


Beat whole egg, egg whites and ham until well blended. 

When you're cooking low-cholesterol, it's Egg Beaters all the way.


Heat nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat.

Add egg mixture; cook 3 min. or until set, stirring occasionally.

It's all sizzle-y and breakfast-y.


Spoon egg mixture down centers of tortillas; top with cheese.

It's really delightfully easy. 


 Fold in opposite sides of each tortilla, then roll up burrito-style. 

Not a whole wheat tortilla. Suck it. 

Served with Tuscan Bean & Vegetable Soup. Because when you pair two dishes, they should both include an ampersand. 

My Rating: 3/5 "I mean, it's pleasant. But in a basic, 'I'm eating eggs and cheese' kind of way."
