Hawaiian Ambrosia Salad


1 (20-oz.) can chunk pineapple
1 (11-oz.) can mandarin oranges
1 ½ c. seedless grapes (use green & purple)
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. flaked coconut
½ c. nuts, chopped
¾ c. sour cream
1 T. sugar

Drain pineapple and oranges. 


The sheer indignity of having the pull-tab on top of the easy-open fruit can fall off.


Combine pineapple, oranges, grapes, marshmallows, coconut and nuts. 

At first I thought it was over-indulgent to get both colors. But it's so pretty!


Mix sour cream and sugar. Stir into fruit mixture. 

Already looks like yum.


Chill. Delightful when you need a cool, colorful fruit salad to complete a meal. 

Or if you're us, it IS the meal.
