Cheesy Cauliflower Soup


1 (10.75-ounce) can condensed cheese soup
1-1/2 cups milk
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 cup shredded Colby cheese
2 cups frozen cauliflower, cooked as directed and drained well


In a large saucepan, whisk together the soup and milk. Add the remaining ingredients and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until heated. 

Such cheese!

Do not allow to boil. Sprinkle with additional cheese if desired.

Served up classy-like, with a hot dog.

My Rating: 4/5 "I was in love with the texture of this stuff, and the nice cheesy flavor. The cauliflower is unusual, because it's the kind of situation where you'd usually expect broccoli, but other than that this is wonderful!"
