Spinach Artichoke Casserole


2 packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 square cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 can artichokes
1 can water chestnuts


Cook spinach, drain and chop. Put in butter and cream cheese, sliced water chestnuts, sliced artichokes. 

I adored the water chestnuts in this!
Season with Worcestershire, Tabasco, and Parmesan cheese. Put in casserole, cover and heat 350F. 

Casserole in heat.

Nicely done, eh?

A tasty little one-bowl dinner, or a great side to something savory!

My Rating: 4/5 "This fulfills my long-fought desire to just eat spinach and artichoke dip with a spoon. It has all the right flavors, but it's also nice because it's not as thick as the actual dip would be. Good stuff!"
