Spicy Creamed Corn

Taste of Home: The Busy Family Cookbook, p. 196

1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese, cubed

1 can (15-1/4 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained

1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies

¼ cup sliced green onions

¼ cup chopped sweet red pepper

In a large saucepan, combine all the ingredients. 

What a happy color palatte!


Cook over medium heat until cream cheese is melted and mixture is blended, stirring often.

So creamy!

My Rating: 4/5 "This isn't what I would call 'spicy,' but it is deliciously flavorful. The texture is wonderfully comforting, too. A great little side dish!"
