Peanut Butter & Jelly Manhattan

605 Magazine

1.5 oz peanut butter whiskey

¾ oz sweet vermouth

2 dashes cherry bitters

[cherries]

The recipe actually called for Skrewball but Ole Smoky was a little but cheaper.

Chill and strain, garnish with cherries.

I'm not sure what sort of cocktail glass this was supposed to go in because one serving barely filled half of a juice glass.

I had a glass of OJ ready in case it was awful. But there was no need!

My Rating: 4/5 "This actually tastes like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich - in a good way! I'm not sure how this combination of things came out so comfort-food-delicious, but we were very happy with the results.. It's a stiff drink to be sure, but it's smoother than you'd think per the ingredients. It's a nice way to get creative with your next cocktail."
