8 oz.
egg noodles
4
boneless skinless chicken breasts
1
package of Onion Recipe and Soup Mix
3
Tbsp. butter, melted
I cut the chicken breasts in half first, to make them easier to handle. |
Preheat the oven to 350F. Spray a 9-inch baking dish with
non-stick spray.
Place the onion soup mix in a plastic bag. Place the
chicken breast in the bag and shake, coating the chicken well.
All the mix got used up after two of the breasts, so I had to use another package for the other two. |
Place the seasoned chicken breast in the pan and bake until
cooked thoroughly.
Some of them got more onion-y than others. |
35-40 minutes should do the trick. |
Boil the noodles until cooked. Drain, and toss with butter.
You don't even need to melt the butter beforehand. Do it Mac 'n' Cheese style. |
Place the prepared noodles in a serving dish and top with
the cooked chicken.
Cut the biggest piece of chicken in half to make sure it's done before you serve it. |
Serve immediately.
Hearty nomz. |
My Rating: 3/5 "It was Shake 'n' Bake, and I did all the #&%* work! This is quite good if you like onions, because it's very strong on the onion flavor. If you're not a fan, though, stay far away."
