(26 oz.) corn-black bean mild salsa
6 cups
beef broth
¼ cup white
long grain rice, uncooked
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.

Cover. Cook on Low 4-6 hours, or until rice is tender.

My Rating: 3/5 "Surprisingly flavorful for all it only has three ingredients! Savory but smooth. There's not much to it, so it's a nice, light lunch."
